A free account lets you compare up to four places and keep private saved maps across devices. It is free to use, there is no subscription, and no payment details are ever requested.
What the free account includes
Free members can compare up to four matching places and save maps or comparisons privately to My maps. Guests keep public facts, two-place Compare, sharing, image downloads and public links without an account. Nothing about the free account costs money.
Forgot your password
Open My maps, choose Forgot password?, and enter the email on the account. We email a secure recovery link. Open that link in the same browser, choose a new password, and you are signed in again.
Did not get the confirmation email
Try signing in with that email. If the address is not confirmed yet, the account window offers Resend confirmation email. Check the spam or promotions folder too, and add the sender to your safe senders if your mail provider filters it.
Delete one saved map
Open My maps, choose Delete beside that map, then confirm.
Delete the whole account
Email corbin@thehonestmap.com from the membership email and ask for account deletion. The account and its saved-map rows will be removed after ownership is verified.
Public access stays open
Signing out or deleting an account does not stop public browsing, two-place Compare, public links or image downloads.
